Next Up For Foos: Attica + Fremont

Matt Foos looks forward to another weekend close to home. On Friday, June 8th, Foos will be headed to Attica Raceway Park with the FAST Series in his 305 Sprint Car for the “Mid Season Championship.” FAST 410 Sprints and Mini Sprints will also be on the card. Racing starts at 7:45PM. On Saturday, June 9th, Foos will be headed to Fremont Speedway with his 305 Sprint Car. 410 Sprints, Late Models, and Dirt Trucks will also be there. Racing starts at 7PM.

“We are hoping for another solid weekend,” said Foos. “It’s definitely nice that we have two great tracks within a close distance to us that race weekly.”

Last weekend, Foos stayed local and raced at Attica Raceway Park on Friday night. He started 6th in his heat and finished 3rd. From there, he lined up 12th in the feature and moved up one position to finish 11th. On Saturday, Foos went to Fremont Speedway. He finished 4th in his heat race and lined up 12th in the feature. From here, Foos finished 10th in the feature.

“We are happy to have kept the car in one piece,” said Foos. “We really need to get better starting positions in the feature. We are confident that we will be up front soon!”
