Bova: Lernerville | Steel City Stampede

Cody Bova will be headed to Lernerville Speedway this weekend for the “Steel City Stampede” on Friday, October 12th and Saturday, October 13th in his 410 Sprint Car. This will be Bova’s last race of the 2018 Race Season.

The “Steel City Stampede” is a 3-day event with 12 classes all competing in one full show stretched out along the 3 days. Thursday, October 11th, will be open practice for those wishing to practice/hot lap. Friday, October 12th, will be heat races that begin at 7:30PM. Saturday, October 13th, will be all B-Mains starting at 4PM and then Feature Races beginning at 5:30.

“We are really excited to head to Lernerville this weekend,” said Bova. “We had a couple good runs there this season and feel confident that we can have a good weekend.” 

The 2019 Race Season is still up in the air for Bova. Bova would love to compete in the 410 Sprint Car class at higher caliber in 2019, which would be able to happen by gaining a few marketing partners. Bova tentatively plans to start his season in February at East Bay Raceway Park, as he did earlier this year and had much success.
