Next Up For Bauer: Lernerville

Mike Bauer looks forward to another weekend of racing. On Friday, May 25th, Bauer heads to Lernerville Speedway with his 410 Sprint Car. Racing action begins at 7:30PM. On Saturday, May 26th, Bauer is still undecided on if and where he will be racing.

Last weekend, Bauer raced at Lernerville Speedway on Friday. Bauer started 4th in his heat and had a lot of speed, quickly moving up to 2nd place. On lap 5 of the heat race, Bauer’s rear axle broke in the middle of the front stretch which ended his evening.  Saturday was canceled due to rain at Wayne County Speedway.

“We have had some tough luck to start the year,” said Bauer. “We are definitely gaining speed. It is a long season and I’m confident that we will be up front soon.
