Next Up For Bauer: Lernerville & WCS

Bauer prepares for another two-race weekend, as long as Mother Nature will cooperate this weekend. On Friday, May 18th, Bauer will be headed to Lernerville Speedway again to compete in their Fab4 weekly show. Racing action starts at 7:30PM. On Saturday, Bauer plans to head to Wayne County Speedway in the $2500 to win OSCS 410 Sprint race. Racing starts at 7PM.

“I'm really excited to get back to the track,” said Bauer. “We are having fun, trying new setups and seeing improvement. Hopefully the weather improves and we can go racing.”

Last weekend, Bauer raced at Lernerville Speedway on Friday and was rained out on Saturday at Sharon Speedway. The team struggled early in the night at Lernerville, starting 3rd in the heat race and finishing 6th. This lined Bauer up to start 2nd in the B-Main where he finished 4th but still transferred through to the feature event. Bauer lined up 19th in the feature and moved up 9 spots to finish 10th!

“We improved all night at Lernerville,” said Bauer. “We hope to build upon that performance this weekend.”
