Next Up For Foos: Lima + Crystal

Matt Foos has a big weekend coming up. He will be racing at two different tracks, in two different states, with two different series.  On Friday, Foos will be headed to Limaland Motorsports Park with the NRA 360 Sprints. Racing starts at 7:30PM. You can learn more at their website HERE. On Saturday, Foos plans to head to Crystal Motor Speedway with the Sprints On Dirt (SOD) Series. Racing starts at 7:30PM. “We are pumped to race at a couple different places this early in the season,” said Foos. “We had a great run last year at Crystal, finishing 2nd. It’s always a fun time heading to different tracks and racing with different people. We are excited to see how we match up with our 305 motor against some big guns.”

Last week Foos had a two-race weekend at Attica Raceway Park and Fremont Speedway. On Friday night at Attica Raceway Park, Foos started 3rd in the feature and finished 2nd after dropping back to 6th at one point during the feature.  Saturday at Fremont Speedway, Foos started 15th in the feature and moved up 9 spots to finish a solid 6th place.

“Last weekend was pretty successful,” said Foos. “We were really fast on Friday and had a really good run to finish second. Saturday, we were stuck pretty far in the back but made a comeback and moved up a lot and had a lot of speed too. I’m anxious to see what we can do this weekend.”
