Next Up For Bova: Attica Opening Night

Cody Bova prepares to head to Attica Raceway Park on Friday, April 13th after three
weeks straight of cancellations due to inclement weather. Bova will be competing with
his 305 Gressman Powersports motor for the first time in the 2018 season. Racing
action starts at 7:45PM on Friday. Check out Attica’s website to learn more about

“I’m really anxious to get to Attica this weekend,” said Bova. “We had some really good runs there last season and I’m ready to get there to see what we can do. We would love to start the season there with a top three finish but a win is always the goal.”

Bova plans to head to Sharon Speedway on Saturday, April 14th, for their open practice.
Bova’s sponsor and also crew chief, Scott Priester who owns SP Technologies, rebuilt
a 410 motor for Bova to run a few times this season so they are planning to test it out at
practice, weather permitting.

“We are really excited to practice on Saturday with the 410,” said Bova. “Past driver, Chris Pochiro, started helping us with the car last season and was kind enough to give us his old 410 to run. Scott Priester took the motor during the off-season and rebuilt it for us. We are excited to get out there and see what we can do. We are hoping to run a few races here and there with it.”
