Dan Shetler prepares for a two-race weekend at Lernerville Speedway and Sharon Speedway this coming weekend after a visit to Path Valley with Pennsylvania Speedweek last weekend.

On Friday, Shetler will be headed to his weekly track, Lernerville Speedway for their Fab4 Show where he has been having consistent finishes all season. He looks to get back on top and finish the evening in Victory Lane once again.

On Saturday, Shetler will be headed to the Lou Blaney Memorial at Sharon Speedway with the All Star Circuit of Champions.

This past Sunday, Shetler visited Path Valley Speedway Park on the Pennsylvania Speedweek Tour. He qualified 27th out of the 44 cars that were present.  He lined up 7th in his heat and gained one position to finish 6th in the heat race.  This placed him in the B-main, where he started and finished 2nd, putting him into the big show. Shetler & his crew made some changes and had a very fast car starting in the 24th position. After 19 laps, Shetler was up to the 12th spot and was battling alongside big name driver, Kasey Kahne, when a car spun in front of them causing him to wreck with nowhere else to go.  He was unable to finish due to a couple repairs that needed to be made.

Didn't get the result we were hoping for but that's short track racing,” said Shetler. “It was a hell of a lot of fun trying to take it to the front against some of the best in the business. Prayers for my buddy Guy Griffin who was injured in an accident in 600 micro action.”
