Next Up For Bova: FAST at Attica & Fremont

Cody Bova looks forward to the upcoming 305 FAST Series weekend at Attica Raceway Park and Fremont Speedway after once again, another disappointing weekend.

Bova spent last Saturday evening at his hometrack, Mercer Raceway Park in his 305ci Sprint.  He was quick time for the 3rd time this season there. He lined up 3rd in his heat race and won it by about a straightaway lead.  The inversion of 4 was pulled so Bova lined up to start 4th in the feature. On lap 1, Bova got sideways in front of another car causing them to both wreck with heavy damage and ending both of their nights a little early.

“I'm pretty disappointed in myself,” said Bova. “I was really looking forward to running that feature.  It happens though, we will keep digging and come back stronger.”

Bova is anxious to get back to Attica Raceway Park and Fremont Speedway again this weekend with the FAST Series.  He has had some great finishes at Attica this season with both times competing there this year, he placed 5th and 6th.

“I'm really excited to get back out there with the FAST Series,” said Bova. “They are great competition and I learn something every time I'm out there with them.  Attica and Fremont are both fun tracks too, I'm excited to get back there.”
